Timings, channels and exceptions are settings, not chores. Change them when your practice changes, not every evening.

Four timings

24 hours, 12 hours, 1 hour or 30 minutes before. Set a default, change it per appointment type, override it on a single booking.

SMS, email, or both

200 SMS a month are in the plan, then €0.05 each. Email reminders are unlimited. Every confirmed booking also gets an email with a calendar invite.

Off when you want

No reminder for a type of appointment, or for one booking. Handy for internal blocks, and for the client who asked you to stop.

The night before is the point

A client who can't make it remembers in time to tell you. The slot goes to someone else instead of staying empty.

Do Greek reminders cost more SMS?

No. Greek text is sent in capital letters so it fits in one SMS like English, instead of being split into three.

What if I send more than 200 SMS in a month?

€0.05 per SMS plus VAT, billed monthly for what you actually sent. Email reminders are unlimited.

Can I make the reminder sound like me?

Yes. Edit the template in your own words. The name, date and time fill in for each client.
