Stop recreating the same appointment every month

August 4, 2026ยทPaya Labs

Some clients don't book once โ€” they book on a pattern. A monthly check-up, a weekly session, a follow-up every few months. Until now, keeping that pattern on your PayaCal calendar meant adding it by hand, every single time, and hoping you didn't forget. Repeat appointments end that.

Set the pattern once

When you create an appointment, the Repeat field lets you pick how it recurs โ€” every day, every week on a given weekday, or every month on the same date. Set how many times it should happen, or an end date, and PayaCal books the whole series in one go.

PayaCal's new appointment panel with a monthly repeat rule set to end after 4 appointments, running from 10 September to 10 December
Every month on day 10, four times โ€” set once, done.

One booking, one client, no copy-pasting

Each occurrence shows up on the calendar exactly like a normal appointment, tied to the same client and reminder settings you'd set up for a one-off booking. Need to stop the series early or move one date? Edit that occurrence without touching the rest.

It's a small change with an outsized effect on recurring-client businesses โ€” the schedule finally matches how your clients actually book.

PayaCal handles the recurring bookings so you don't have to remember them.
