We are building an assistant you simply talk to. "Book Andreas Thursday at 3, every month until Christmas. Remind him the day before." It will put the appointments on the calendar, reminders included, and show you a card to confirm first.

It will only ever propose. Every appointment, change or invoice appears as a card, and nothing happens until you press Confirm.
It will list the day with clients, times and notes. Ask for a week, or for a client's last visits.
It will find the appointment, propose the new time and wait for your Confirm. One visit, never the whole series by accident.
It will draft the invoice from the appointment with your VAT rate. You still press Send.
Today, this week, next month: it will have every date in front of it, so "next Thursday" means the one you mean.
